For Town Selectboard Spring 2026
28 YEARS OF
WRENTHAM
I have lived in Wrentham for 28 years with my husband, Tim, where we raised our three children who participated in town sports and programs and attended Wrentham Public Schools. Our oldest son is an officer in the U.S. Navy, our eldest daughter works in public relations, and our youngest daughter is a nurse.

PUBLIC SERVICE
My commitment to community service spans my many years in Wrentham. I previously served as Vice Chair of the Wrentham Housing Board and participated on search committees for the Town Manager, two School Superintendents, and the DPW Supervisor. I served for eight years on the Wrentham School Committee, including as Vice Chair, and was a founding member of the Wrentham Elementary School Trust (WEST). I also served on the Capital Planning Board as the School Committee’s liaison, and founded Wrentham Angels, a volunteer organization dedicated to providing assistance to residents in need. In 2017, I received Wrentham's Volunteer of the Year award.
For the past three years, I have been honored to serve on the Select Board, and currently serve on the Roderick School Building Committee. My experience reflects a long-standing commitment to thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and service to the Wrentham community.
WHY I AM RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION
I want to continue the work of keeping Wrentham a healthy, strong, and thriving community, one rooted in mutual respect for one another and for our town.
Over the past few years, the selectboard has shown that when we come together, we can drive meaningful change: making sound fiscal decisions that benefit all residents, supporting our local businesses, strengthening town services, and maintaining excellence in education while expanding programs and resources for every citizen.

I am not afraid to stand up for what I believe in, ask hard questions, and challenge decisions that could harm our town. I lead with integrity, common sense, and courage, putting Wrentham’s long-term well-being first.

Accomplishments
The selectboard and I have achieved major accomplishments for the own over the course of my first term, keeping Wrentham families and town charm at the forefront.

Protecting Local Control & Smart Growth
MBTA Communities Act
I led Wrentham’s response to the MBTA Communities zoning mandate by listening closely to residents and advocating forcefully for the town. After challenging the state’s initial approach, I helped develop a responsible, cost-effective plan that preserved local control, protected taxpayers, and maintained eligibility for critical state funding. The final plan thoughtfully rezones limited areas least likely to change Wrentham’s small-town character, while planning for growth that reflects community values.

Investing in Community Spaces
Sweatt Park Revitalization
I supported the successful completion of a $1.2 million, ARPA-funded renovation of Sweatt Park. Improvements include new pickleball courts, upgraded amenities, expanded parking, and enhanced accessibility, solidifying the park as a welcoming gathering place for residents of all ages.

Downtown Parking Facility
I helped deliver the $1.3 million ARPA-funded transformation of the long-vacant Center School Lot into a modern downtown parking facility. The project added 112 new parking spaces, improved safety and accessibility, enhanced landscaping, and made more more community connections, supporting local businesses and community activity in the heart of Wrentham.

Celebrating Wrentham’s Past and Future
350th Anniversary Celebration
I proudly participated in Wrentham’s year-long 350th anniversary celebration, including the town birthday party, Grand Parade, and time capsule burial. These events brought residents together to honor our shared history while celebrating the future of our community.
The Future
Goal 1
Continue to provide steady, responsive leadership that listens to residents, respects taxpayer dollars, and ensures Wrentham remains a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community.
Goal 2
Understand the responsibility that comes with managing your tax dollars and remain committed to being a thoughtful and careful steward.
Goal 3
Preserving Wrentham’s small-town character while thoughtfully balancing housing needs with conservation and open space priorities.
Goal 4
To build on the progress made by maintaining fiscal responsibility, supporting public safety and education, and guiding smart growth that keeps Wrentham a great place to live for families, seniors, veterans and our local businesses.
